No. Ceramic coatings protect against environmental contamination and make maintenance easier, but they are not paint-protection film and do not stop rock chips or scratches.
Level 1 is intended for paint that is already in excellent condition. Level 2 targets lighter swirls and defects. Level 3 is for heavier defects requiring more correction. Final recommendation is based on inspection.
Kaliber recommends hand washing with a pH-neutral soap or a rinseless wash. Abrasive tunnel washes can shorten coating life and introduce marring.
A second polishing step can be added when heavier defects warrant it.
